Do Firefighters receive a discount?
Yes, all first responders receive a 10% discount per rental. Badge number/department will be required.
Are security deposits required?
Yes, a $100.00 deposit is required to reserve the date you wish. Make checks payable to: 2 The Rescue, 5504 Monarch Birch Drive, Apex, NC 27539
Is there an inclement weather policy?
Absolutely, if an event must be canceled due to inclement weather please notify 2 The Rescue no less than two (2) hours before the scheduled time. Call 919-363-6233. Rental fees will be transferred so your event can be done at another date/time.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes, if you need to cancel you must request it in writing five (5) days before the date of your event. A refund will be returned except for the $100.00 security deposit. This fee is assessed to repay expenses incurred in scheduling your event. Complete cancellations allow you to transfer all rental fees to another event also.
